Online Orders

Internet orders will normally be despatched within 2-5 working days, or same day whenever possible. Should item(s) need to be ordered in, this could take slightly longer. You will be notified when the item(s) have been posted out to you.

If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible by email, so you can order an alternative or request a refund. We strive to supply the right sizes but items may sometimes be unavailable. Collecting In-store

You will receive a confirmation email once the item is ready to collect from one of our stores. This will be agreed with you piror to the processing of your order. Returns

Returning your goods is simple. If you are anything less than delighted with an item for any reason, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt. You may return any item in a condition of reasonable care (ie a resaleable condition) for a refund for the price of the goods.

If you have found another item you wish to exchange a product for, please return the original purchase to us, and we will gladly exchange the goods and send them out postage free. If you would like a refund, we will return the monies to you by the same method you originally paid by.

When returning goods to us please write reason and request on the back of the invoice, wrap securely and send it back to our address listed below recorded delivery.

We will refund the purchase price of the returned goods. along with the original postage charge. Refunds are usually processed within three to five days after the goods are received back at Gere Menswear, but may take longer to appear on your account statement. We will email you to confirm a refund has been made. Faulty goods are fully refundable, inclusive of delivery, return and other extra costs as long as they fulfill the criteria of the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
