Do you deliver to BFPO addresses? We can deliver to BFPO addresses, but only using our standard delivery option. Simply enter your BFPO address details into our shipping address field making sure you select UK as the country. You will then be charged the standard UK delivery rate.

Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Items are in perfect condition when posted. Following receipt of cleared payments items are shipped out within 48 hours (weekends excluded). From the date of postage UK customers can expect to receive their order within 48 hours (weekends excluded). During extremely busy seasonal and bank holidays, please allow longer for delivery.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Visa Debit, Switch, Solo, Delta and JCB), and transactions will be processed through the Paypal Secure Online Payment Gateway (see Security for more information).

When you click Submit Order you will be seamlessly transferred to the Paypal Secure Payment Gateway where you will be asked to enter your credit card details and make your payment. That payment will then be processed in real time and you will be given confirmation and a unique order reference number.

Once this process is complete we will also email you, confirming we have received your order.

Transactions will be carried out in Sterling.

Your credit card statement will only refer to goods purchased from Gere Menswear.

All payments must be made payable to Gere Menswear.

All Mail Order transactions by post must be prepaid with order.

For all UK orders please see the final cart which includes postage and packing. For delivery within Europe please contact us and for all other destinations please contact us first. Additional insurance cover is available on request.

UK direct payment may be made by Credit Card, Cheque, Postal Order or Cash by Registered Mail. Please place your details on the reverse of cheques and make payable to Gere Menswear.

International payments may be made by Credit Card, Travellers Cheque, Bank Draft, International Money Order, Cheques drawn on a UK Bank. Liability for any local taxes or import duties lies entirely with the customer.

The prices charged for goods shall be those ruling on the date of order.

Security

For maximum payment security we have partnered with the leading online payment provider Paypal, who's Secure Payment Gateway is built around leading web technologies, All transactions are encrypted using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) architecture and are signed using digital certificates.

Once you have made your choices from the store and go through to the checkout page, you will be entering your card details directly onto the Paypal secure payment server.

These pages have been tightly integrated with the Gere Mens Wear store to provide a seamless shopping experience, but are actually hosted on Paypal's own world class payment processing server - adding a level of security which would not otherwise be available to the average online merchant.

Using this system neither Gere Mens Wear, nor any other third party, will ever be privy to your credit card details. Your transaction is processed in real time on the Paypal servers, which handle millions of transactions per day for some of the largest and most highly respected online stores in the world. All that we at Gere Mens Wear receive is confirmation from Paypal that the transaction has been processed and funds cleared into our account.
